Happy 20th Birthday to Me;

No, i'm not really HAPPY walaupun banyak ucapan yang aku dapat; terima kasih ye kawan. Mungkin sebab usia belasan da berakhir. Kali terakhir aku sambut hari lahir adalah pada 2009 dengan Azie, Sheeda, Syaz, Winnie, Aja and Wanie. Without cake, =D but it's okey. korang ade kat sisi kite waktu tu da cukup buat kite gembira sangat-sangat. Aku telah dipermainkan konon-kononnya ada orang touching bagai.. tiba-tiba tengah khusyuk dengar masalah, kepalaku telah ditempek dengan telur sebijik. cesss korang.. lalu terjadi la insiden kejar mengejar. tapi tu la pengalaman paling manis yang ada dengan korang. walaupun kita berkawan setakat 10 bulan je kat sana. Serious asek teringat memori tu... azie, bile kite nak hangout? i miss u la kawan :(

Valentine's Day? tak perlu lah. tiap hari pun kite boleh hargai kekasih kite kan. tak payah susah-susah. tarikh ni sangat penting buat aku. bukan sebab hari kekasih, tapi hari lahir abah. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ABAH. akak teramat rindukan abah. walau setakat dengar suare dalam phone, mata ni da bergenang. selama ni perbualan akak dengan abah mungkin hanya pasal duit. tapi abah..bukan itu yang akak mintak. one day, suare abah sangat ceria. abah buat lawak. yep, da lame akak tak borak dengan abah sampai tergelak. at the end lepas letak phone, akak rase akak la manusia yang paling gembira. tapi.. dalam hati ni sebak tak tertahan. mungkin abah tak sedar umur akak da 20 tahun sebab tak membesar depan abah.. ape pun, semoga abah bahagia disamping orang yang abah sayang, semoga abah dimurahkan rezeki. i miss you..

Best Buddies.

Nak cerita life saye dekat KMK memang terlalu panjang. Banyak yang sakit, banyak jugak yang manis. Cuma tanpa kawan2 siapelah saye ni. Really miss my roommates merangkap my best buddies mase kat KMK dulu. Azie, Sheeda, Winnie, Syaz n Aja. Diorang yang support saye, comfort saye, jadi pendengar setia, tukang gelak, teman gosip, kongsi semua kisah hidup, kongsi segala-galanya. Seronok sangat. sikit pun saye tak menyesal diorang datang dalam hidup saye. Walaupun kenal dalam mase singkat je, 10 bulan sama2 belajar, saye anggap diorang macam kakak-kakak yang melayan je kerenah saye yang sometimes mengada-ngada ni. They used to called me "Kici". Bila rindu tu rase macam nak patah balik mase sekejap pun takpe, ataupun biar dorang masuk dalam mimpi-mimpi saye. YEP. Saye memang selalu hidup dalam kenangan. Gembira dengan kenangan-kenangan yang lepas, menangis. Semua tu buat saye rase makin dewasa, makin matang. i hate crying over the past. But i'm kinda person that had a very hard time letting something go. Best friends are hard to find. Saye bersyukur sangat-sangat pernah ada dorang ni dalam hidup saye.

Kenapa mata berkedip-kedip

Eye twitching ni selalu je jadi tiba2..Selalunya kalu mata kanan, orang cakap ada berita baik, sebelah kiri tandanya berita buruk..Kalau dalam perubatan, benda ni dipanggil Myokymia. Selalunya mata berkedip-kedip atau ada juga yang panggil mata bergerak-gerak atau mata berdenyut pada bahagian otot muka dan otot mata. Sebab-sebab fenomena ni adalah:


1. Tekanan: Semasa tubuh badan berada di dalam keadaan yang tertekan, reaksi tubuh adalah berbeza-beza. Salah satu tandanya ialah eye twitching terutamanya berkaitan dengan ketegangan mata.

2. Kelesuan: Kekurangan tidur, sama ada disebabkan tekanan atau sebab-sebab lain mampu menyumbang kepada kekejangan kelopak mata. Tidur yang mencukupi dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.

3. Ketegangan Mata: Berkaitan dengan tekanan pada penglihatan terutama kuasa(power) mata yang sudah berubah dari kuasa kacamata dan memerlukan gantian kuasa yang baru. Mata akan bekerja dengan lebih kuat dalam keadaan tertekan akan menyebabkan eye twitching. Penggunaan komputer pada jangka masa yang lama juga mampu menyebabkan masalah ini.

4. Kafein dan Alkohol: Kebanyakan pakar percaya bahawa mengambil kafein dan/atau alkohol yang berlebihan akan menyebabkan masalah eye twitching.

5. Kekeringan Mata: Lebih daripada separuh golongan warga tua mempunyai masalah mata kering. Selain itu, masalah mata kering juga sering terjadi kepada pengguna komputer, pengambil ubat (antihistamin, antidepressant dll) dan pemakai kanta sentuh.

6. Ketidakseimbangan Nutrisi: Kekurangan nutrisi seperti magnesium akan menyebabkan masalah eye twitching. Walaubagaimanapun laporan-laporan tersebut tidak dibuktikan secara saintifik.

7. Alergi: Mereka yang mempunyai masalah alergi akan mengalami simptom seperti gatal, bengkak dan mata berair. Jika mata tersebut digosok, akan menyebabkan pembebasan histamin pada tisu dan air mata. Histamin boleh mengakibatkan eye twitching.

AUGUST 14th

..

i was so happy..

this date used to be vey special for me

cuz my ex-someonespecial having his birthday.

i'm still happy for him cuz he's got another girl taking care of him.
end of story~

another thing happened, just yesterday..

on fourteen august two O one O..

i spent almost the whole day with b, my sweetheart.. 

we went to melaka sentral to buy bus tickets. with zati, kak huda, n b..

but unfortunately,,

no ticket to ipoh yet. and some has already ran out...

so we just blah from there.

kak huda dropped us at melaka parade.

later we shopped at dataran pahlawan..
i bought a cute blouse. n a yellow shirt for him..
i still remember what his face looks like when he refused to take it..hehe 

then we went to bazaar ramadhan alor gajah..

buka puasa, we ate nasi ayam together..
and most importantly, b..
i won't forget how u make me feel..=)
